BuyAC.lk makes every effort to ensure that product information, specifications, images, and descriptions displayed on the website are accurate and up to date. However, minor variations may occur, and we do not guarantee that all content is completely error-free at all times.

If a customer believes that the air conditioner received is significantly different from the description provided on the website, the customer must contact BuyAC.lk within two (02) days from the date of delivery for clarification. Our team will review the concern and provide guidance or necessary support after inspection, where applicable.

Customers are advised to carefully inspect the unit and packaging at the time of delivery. Any visible external damage, dents, or packaging damage must be reported immediately upon delivery. Claims will be considered only for verified internal manufacturing or technical defects.

Pricing & Order Confirmation

All prices displayed on BuyAC.lk are subject to confirmation at the time an order is placed. While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, rare instances of incorrect pricing may occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price and the correct price is higher, the customer will be contacted for confirmation before processing the order. Orders will not be completed without customer approval of the revised price.

If an order is cancelled due to pricing discrepancies, payments will not be refunded in cash. Customers may select an alternative product of equal value, subject to availability.

Eligibility to Purchase

Any customer may purchase air conditioners through BuyAC.lk provided they are able to successfully complete payment using the available payment methods. All purchases are subject to successful payment authorization.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty services for air conditioners sold through BuyAC.lk are handled either by BuyAC.lk or by the respective authorized service centres of the brand purchased. Customers may also directly contact the authorized service provider mentioned on the warranty card.

Warranty coverage remains valid even if the air conditioner installation is not carried out by BuyAC.lk, provided the unit is installed correctly using manufacturer-recommended electrical specifications, including the correct capacitor. Improper installation or use of incorrect electrical components may result in warranty invalidation.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages arising from misuse, negligence, abuse, improper operation, use beyond recommended specifications, voltage fluctuations, power surges, electrical leakage, lightning, fire, theft, natural disasters, or other external factors.

Warranty coverage excludes normal wear and tear, corrosion including copper component corrosion, gas charging, filters, remote controllers, cables, accessories, consumable parts, and cosmetic damages that do not affect unit performance.

Damages caused by liquid spills, physical impact, insects, rodents, pets, or use in unsuitable environments are also excluded.

Annual Servicing Requirement

To maintain warranty validity, annual servicing must be carried out correctly and on time as per manufacturer guidelines and through authorized service providers. Failure to comply with service requirements may result in the warranty becoming void.

Power Protection Recommendation

For safe operation and long-term performance, customers are strongly advised to use a suitable voltage stabilizer or power guard when operating the air conditioner.
